AOB Services definition

AOB Services shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.6 of this Agreement.

Examples of AOB Services in a sentence

  • If the Patient does not qualify for AOB Services because the Patient's health insurer/governmental program/third party payor does not utilize Nova Factor as a pharmacy, Nova Factor will transfer the Patient's prescription to the pharmacy designated by the Patient's health insurer/governmental program/third party payor with Triage Services in accordance with Sections 5.1 and 5.2 of this Agreement.

  • If Nova Factor is in-network for the Patient's health plan, Nova Factor will serve the Patient directly through Retail AOB Services.

  • If the Patient qualifies for AOB Services, Nova Factor will provide such AOB Services in accordance with Sections 4.5 through 4.9 of this Agreement.

  • Factor will accept referrals for the retail AOB Services program, and will perform insurance verification.

Related to AOB Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
