AoA Property definition

AoA Property means all of the following, without limitation, created or owned by AoA or its Affiliates, or its licensors, whether pre- existing or independently created during the Term: all Materials, software, URLs and links, databases, designs, algorithms, user interface designs, objects and documentation, network-design, know how, technology and source code and all portions, subsets or derivatives thereof, any improvements, modifications, upgrades or other changes thereto; and any and all derivative works created by AoA or its Affiliates. AoA Property shall not include Equipment.

Related to AoA Property

  • Mining Property means a property used for mining operations as defined in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002);
