ANZLIC definition

ANZLIC means the Spatial Information Council of Australia and New Zealand (formerly known as the Australia New Zealand Land Information Council). Background IP means Intellectual Property that is or forms part of or is embodied within Material provided or used within a Project which was created by the relevant Party or any Third Party prior to, or separately to, undertaking the Project. Business Day means any day of the week other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in the Australian Capital Territory.
