for any Payment Date means any Mortgage Loan in respect of which the Master Servicer has determined, in accordance with the servicing procedures specified in this Agreement, as of the end of the related Collection Period, that all Liquidation Proceeds which it expects to recover with respect to the disposition of the Mortgage Loan or the related REO have been recovered.
Public Information Failure Payments shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.3(b).
Facility or activity means any point source or treatment works treating domestic sewage or any other facility or activity (including land or appurtenances thereto) that is subject to regulation under the VSMP.
Material Outside Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.08.
Posting Date means the date specified in the “Statement of Account” on which date the transaction was received by the “Bank” from the location at which the “Card” was used and posted to the “Card Account”.
