UNE Combination means a combination of two (2) or more Unbundled Network Elements that were or were not previously combined or connected in CenturyLink's network, as required by the FCC, the Commission or this Agreement.
Combination means any one of the available combinations and recombinations of Exchangeable Notes to be exchanged for RCR Notes and RCR Notes to be exchanged for other RCR Notes, and vice versa, shown in Exhibit G-1 hereto.
Ordinarily Combined Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by TWTC are not already combined by AT&T in the location Version: 4Q06 Standard ICA 11/30/06
Not Typically Combined Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by ▇▇▇▇ are not elements that BellSouth combines for its use in its network.
Other Award means an award based in whole or in part by reference to the Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5(c).
