Any bond definition

Any bond or "any bonded indebtedness" means bonds or indebtedness of any kind or nature issued or authorized, respectively, pursuant to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 30900).

Related to Any bond

  • Related Bond means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the bond specified as such in the applicable Final Terms. If the Related Bond specified in the applicable Final Terms is "Fallback Bond", then, for any Related Bond determination, the Calculation Agent shall use the Fallback Bond. If no bond is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the Related Bond and "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, there will be no Related Bond. If a bond is specified as the Related Bond in the applicable Final Terms and that bond redeems or matures before the End Date (i) unless "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Calculation Agent shall use the Fallback Bond for any Related Bond determination and (ii) if "Fallback Bond: Not Applicable" is specified in the applicable Final Terms, there will be no Related Bond.

  • Reference Bond means for any Reset Period a government security or securities issued by the state responsible for issuing the Specified Currency (which, if the Specified Currency is euro, shall be Germany) selected by the Issuer on the advice of an investment bank of international repute as having an actual or interpolated maturity comparable with the relevant Reset Period that would be utilised, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities denominated in the same currency as the Notes and of a comparable maturity to the relevant Reset Period.

  • Fidelity Bond A fidelity bond to be maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Cap Provider means the third-party financial institution approved by Lender that is the counterparty under any Cap Agreement or Replacement Cap Agreement.

  • Reference Bond Dealer means (A) each of Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities plc (or their respective affiliates that are Primary Bond Dealers), and their respective successors and (B) any other broker of, and/or market maker in, German government bonds (a “Primary Bond Dealer”) selected by the Company.

  • covered bond means a debt security issued by any member of the banking group, for which repayment to holders is guaranteed by a SPV, and investors retain an unsecured claim on the issuer.

  • Bail bond means an undertaking by the defendant to appear in court as required upon penalty of forfeiting bail to the State in a stated amount and may include an unsecured appearance bond, a premium-secured appearance bond, an appearance bond secured by a cash deposit of the full amount of the bond, an appearance bond secured by a mortgage, and an appearance bond secured by at least one surety.

  • Reference Bond Price means, with respect to any date of redemption, (a) the arithmetic average of the Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations for such date of redemption, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, or (b) if the Determination Agent obtains fewer than four such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all such quotations;

  • Performance Bond means the financial security for performance a USF Service Provider must furnish in accordance with section 54 of this RFA;

  • Cap Counterparty means Bank of America, N.A., or any Eligible Replacement Cap Counterparty, to the extent such Eligible Replacement Cap Counterparty replaces the existing Cap Counterparty under the Cap Agreement or any replacement interest rate cap agreement.

  • Interest Rate Cap Provider if any, shall mean the entity listed as the Interest Rate Cap Provider in the Series Term Sheet, in its capacity as obligor under the Class Interest Rate Caps, or if any Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements are obtained pursuant to Section 15, the obligor with respect to such Replacement Class Interest Rate Caps or Qualified Substitute Cap Arrangements.

  • LC Bank has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Liquidity Agreement means any agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement pursuant to which a Liquidity Provider agrees to make purchases or advances to, or purchase assets from, any Conduit Purchaser in order to provide liquidity for such Conduit Purchaser’s Purchases.

  • Swap Provider The swap provider under the Swap Agreement either (a) entitled to receive payments from the Supplemental Interest Trust or (b) required to make payments to the Supplemental Interest Trust, in either case pursuant to the terms of the Swap Agreement, and any successor in interest or assign. Initially, the Swap Provider shall be Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch.

  • Reference Bond Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;

  • Rule 144A Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold in the United States to QIBs in reliance on Rule 144A;

  • Agency Security means a mortgage-backed security issued by an Agency.

  • Underlying Letter of Credit means a letter of credit that has been issued by an Underlying Issuer.

  • Replacement Letter of Credit means any letter of credit issued pursuant to a Replacement Revolving Facility.
