Antitrust Policy definition

Antitrust Policy means the Antitrust Guidelines as amended from time to time by Alliance during the term of this Agreement, the current version of which is attached hereto as Schedule A.
Antitrust Policy means the SD Association Antitrust Guidelines as amended from time to time by SD Association during the term of this Agreement, the current version of which is located on the SD Association Website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/developers/join/antitrustguidelines.pdf.
