Antitrust Guidelines definition

Antitrust Guidelines means the interim antitrust guidelines as set forth in the form of Appendix B, and such amended antitrust guidelines as may be adopted by the Board of Directors; provided that any Member shall not be bound without its written consent, which consent may be withheld for any reason or no reason at all, to any change in the Antitrust Guidelines made after such person becomes a Member.
Antitrust Guidelines means the interim antitrust guidelines as set forth in the form of Appendix B, and such amended antitrust guidelines as may be adopted by the Board of Directors.

Antitrust Guidelines means the Corporation‟s antitrust guidelines, as such guidelines may be amended from time to time, and attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Antitrust Law means the Xxxxxxx Act, as amended, the Xxxxxxx Act, as amended, the HSR Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended, Foreign Antitrust Laws and all other Laws that are designed or intended to prohibit, restrict or regulate actions having the purpose or effect of monopolization or restraint of trade or lessening of competition through merger or acquisition.
