Anticipated SLV definition

Anticipated SLV means an amount equal to [***] (3) the term “Existing Cash Collateral Accounts” means the various cash collateral accounts established with respect to the Existing Schedules; and (4) “Liquid Assets” means cash on hand, plus the value of marketable securities, minus the value of restricted retirement assets.

  • Anticipated Closing Date means the anticipated closing date of any proposed Qualified Sale Transaction, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors on the Applicable Date.
