Anticipated Production definition

Anticipated Production means the anticipated production of oil or gas volumes, as applicable, which are attributable to the Borrower's and its Restricted Subsidiaries' Proven Reserves, as reflected in the most recently delivered Engineering Report delivered pursuant to Section 2.02(b) and calculated on an aggregate basis for the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries', taken as a whole.
Anticipated Production means, for any month, the reasonably anticipated production of crude oil and natural gas (calculated separately) from the Borrower’s and the Subsidiariesproved developed producing reserves.

  • In the event that a Receipt Point that is the subject of an Additional Confirmation Notice or an Extended Confirmation Notice fails to meet, by [***] Months following the Anticipated Production Date, the Additional Connection Criteria or Extended Connection Criteria, as applicable, then Producer shall reimburse Gatherer for all actual, documented costs and expenses associated with the applicable Receipt Point plus an additional [***]%.

The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Licensed Processes means processes which, in the course of being practiced, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Restricted Products means any product, device, equipment or machinery researched into, developed, manufactured, supplied, marketed, distributed or sold by the Company and with which the duties of the Executive were materially concerned or for which he was responsible during the Relevant Period, or any products, equipment or machinery of the same type or materially similar to those products, equipment or machinery;

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Field means all fields of use.
