The Seller, however, does not warrant that the Unit will be ready for occupation on the Anticipated Occupation Date and should the Unit not be available for occupation on the Anticipated Occupation Date the Purchaser shall have no claim against the Seller arising from such late occupation.

If the Unit is not ready for occupation by the Purchaser on or before the Anticipated Occupation Date, then the Seller shall, in his sole discretion extend such date at any time and notify the Purchaser accordingly.
