Anticipated Effective Date definition

Anticipated Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b).

More Definitions of Anticipated Effective Date

Anticipated Effective Date means the date on which the Noteholder Plan Proponents in their reasonable discretion anticipate the Effective Date may occur on notice to the Ad Hoc Lender Group.
Anticipated Effective Date means, for any Anticipated Make-Whole Fundamental Change, the anticipated effective date therefor as reasonably determined by the Company in good faith and set forth in the relevant Make-Whole Fundamental Change Notice; provided that if a Holder reasonably determines that the Company has failed to deliver such Make-Whole Fundamental Change Notice within one Business Day after the applicable Anticipated Make-Whole Fundamental Change Notice Deadline, then for purposes of such Holder’s Notes, such Anticipated Effective Date shall be deemed to be the anticipated effective date for such Anticipated Make-Whole Fundamental Change as reasonably determined by such Holder.
