Anticipated Change definition

Anticipated Change the anticipated potential future changes to the Services set out in Schedule 8 of this Contract;
Anticipated Change means the implementation of the prospective payment system as the principal reimbursement method under the Medicare Program for skilled nursing homes. Definitions of other terms used in this Agreement may be found as indicated below:
Anticipated Change means any Change where the nature of the Change is anticipated as at the Effective Date but the timing of the Change is unknown.

Examples of Anticipated Change in a sentence

  • The occurrence of an Anticipated Change in Control shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as an occurrence of a Change in Control for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Anticipated Change in Control" means any set of circumstances that, as determined by resolution adopted of the Board of Directors of the Company in its sole discretion, poses a real, substantial and immediate possibility of leading to a Change in Control.

  • The Executive acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall he be entitled to the payments or benefits under the Severance Agreement based upon a termination during a "Period of Anticipated Change in Control" (as defined in the Severance Agreement).

  • As used in this Agreement, an "Anticipated Change in Control" shall be deemed to occur if an event takes place which indicates a reasonable probability that a Change of Control as defined in Section 2 is likely to occur.

  • Anticipated Change in Administration The parties agree to reopen the Disciplinary/Grievance Appeal sections of their collective bargaining agreement (Sections 7.1 and 7.3) if there is an anticipated change in Administration, as defined below in this Letter of Understanding.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Anticipated Change in Control of the Company, and upon Employee's written request, the Company shall within two business days deposit in an escrow account with a financial institution reasonably acceptable to Employee, an amount equal to the maximum severance benefits payable as a lump sum under Section 10, to hold as security for the Company's obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Company may not give notice that this Agreement will not be extended if an Anticipated Change in Control as defined in Section 6 has occurred.

  • If the Anticipated Change in Control occurs but within a reasonable time a Change of Control does not take place, the escrowed funds shall be repaid and released to the Company upon written notice to the Escrow Agent by the Company and Employee.

  • Kent County Command Officers Unit Anticipated Change in Administration The parties agree to reopen the Disciplinary/Grievance Appeal sections of their collective bargaining agreement (Sections 7.1 and 7.3) if there is an anticipated change in Administration, as defined below in this Letter of Understanding.

  • For the avoidance of doubt the prices and rates for the Anticipated Change shall be no greater than those set out in Schedule 8.
