Anticipated Acquisition definition

Anticipated Acquisition means the anticipated purchase by GB Oils of 100 per cent of the issued share capital of Pace Fuelcare pursuant to a share and purchase agreement dated 16 February 2011;
Anticipated Acquisition means the acquisition of Touchpaper Group Limited and Ergo 2000, Inc. and the possible acquisition of a company identified to the Lenders as Project Alpha.
Anticipated Acquisition means the Investment described on Exhibit H hereto.
