Anti-Corruption definition
Anti-Corruption means all Laws applicable to each Party prohibiting corruption or bribery of Government Officials, kickbacks, inducements, and other related forms of commercial corruption or bribery;
Anti-Corruption. Under no circumstances shall any payments or anything of value be given, made, promised or offered to any U.S. federal, state or local employee or official. Awardee hereby expressly binds itself to include this provision in all subcontracts and sub-grants issued under this Agreement.
Anti-Corruption save as disclosed in writing by the Parent to the Finance Parties on or prior to the date of this Agreement on a confidential basis, each member of the Group has conducted its business in compliance with applicable Anti-Corruption Laws and has instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance by that member of the Group with such laws.
