ANR Production definition
ANR Production means ANR Production Company, a Delaware corporation. "Assumed Obligations" has the meaning set forth in Section 2(f). "Basis" means any past or current fact, situation, circumstance, status, condition, activity, practice, plan, occurrence, event, incident, action, failure to act, or transaction about which the relevant Person has Knowledge that forms or could form the basis for any specified consequence.
ANR Production means ANR Production Company, a Delaware corporation.
