ANPN definition

ANPN or “Agence Nationale des Parcs Nationaux” means the Recipient’s agency to be established in accordance to Section 6.01(b) of this Agreement and referred to in paragraphs 1(b) and (c), 2, 3(a), 4(a) and 7 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and to be in charge of the management and conservation of the biological diversity in national parks, as the same agency as may be restructured and or modified with the prior agreement of the Bank;

  • COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.

  • Honeywell “we”, “us” or “our” means Honeywell International Inc. or Affiliate(s) who execute or assent to the Order Form. “You” or “your” means collectively the other entities executing or assenting to the Order Form. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another entity. An entity “controls” another if it owns directly or indirectly a sufficient voting interest to elect a majority of the directors or managing authority or otherwise direct the affairs or management of the entity.

  • CTC means Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited together with its Subsidiaries (excluding the REIT and the REIT’s Subsidiaries), or, as the context requires, any of them.

  • SMC means a valid safety management certificate issued for a Vessel by or on behalf of the Administration under paragraph 13.7 of the ISM Code.

  • TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
