ANPE definition
ANPE means the Borrower’s National Agency for Environmental Protection (Agence Nationale pour la Protection de l’Environnement), established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Law No. 88-91 dated August 2, 1988, and its implementation Decree No. 88-1784, dated October 18, 1988, as the same may be amended from time to time;
ANPE means the Guarantor’s National Agency for the Protection of the Environment (Agence Nationale pour la Protection de l’Environnement) established and operating pursuant to the Guarantor’s Law No. 88-91 dated August 2, 1988, and the Decree No. 88-1784, dated October 18, 1988, as the same may be amended from time to time;
