AnorMED means AnorMED Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada on January 5, 1996, and, where the context requires, its subsidiaries and joint ventures;
AnorMED has filed a U. S. patent application No. [REDACTED TEXT] and has filed or will be filing foreign counterparts of such application for use of the Compounds (as defined below) and other compounds for [REDACTED TEXT]. The parties wish to amend and restate the License Agreement to add, amongst other things, U. S. patent application No. [REDACTED TEXT] and to provide for non-human use of the Compound (as defined below).
