Anonymous donor definition
Anonymous donor means a donor whose identity is not provided to the patient.
Anonymous donor means that the donor or donors concerned made the donation with the understanding that he, she or they would be entitled to privacy and would not be obliged to reveal his, her or their identities to the recipient parent or parents or any donor-conceived child.
Anonymous donor means a gamete donor (male sperm donor or female egg donor) whose identity is not known to the Client and in respect of whom a child born through artificial insemination is not considered to be descended from him or her.
