Annuity Certificate definition

Annuity Certificate means an annuity certificate substantially in the applicable form set forth in Schedule 1.01(c), with such modifications as may be made by the Insurer as required by, or permitted under, applicable Law.
Annuity Certificate means an annuity certificate evidencing coverage under the Group Annuity Contract, substantially in the applicable form attached as Schedule 1.1(c) , with such modifications as may be made by Insurer as necessary to satisfy the requirements of applicable Law.
Annuity Certificate means a Government security which provides for payment of an annuity;
