Annual Total Return definition

Annual Total Return. As further described in Section 11, the investment return provided to Stockholders, which shall be calculated independently for the Class A Shares and the Class B Shares and shall be equal to, for all such Shares outstanding during the calendar year (or such other applicable period), (i) distributions declared and accrued per Class A Share or Class B Share over the calendar year (or such other applicable period) plus (ii) change in Class A NAV per Class A Share or Class B NAV per Class B Share over the calendar year (or such other applicable period).
Annual Total Return. As further described in Section 3.01, the investment return provided to Stockholders shall be equal to distributions paid per Share over the calendar year (or such other applicable period), adjusted for change in NAV per share for the applicable class over the calendar year (or such other applicable period).
Annual Total Return means, as further described in Section 8(a), the investment return provided to Stockholders, which shall be calculated independently for each class of Shares, and shall be equal to, for all such Shares outstanding during the calendar year (or such other applicable period), the sum of (i) Declared Distributions per Share over the calendar year (or such other applicable period) plus (ii) change in NAV per Share over the calendar year (or such other applicable period).

  • Average Annual Total Return: The yearly average percentage increase or decrease in an investment’s value that includes dividends, gains, and changes in share price.

  • The effect of the Loss Carryforward is that the recoupment of past Annual Total Return Amount losses will offset the positive Annual Total Return Amount for purposes of the calculation of the Performance Component.

  • Average Annual Total Return on NAV is the annual compound return for the ve-year period.

  • Figures shown in the "Recent Performance Results" and "Average Annual Total Return" tables assume reinvestment of all dividends and capital gains distributions at net asset value on the payable date.

Annual Total Return. As further described in Section 10, the investment return provided to Stockholders, which shall be equal to, for all Shares outstanding during the period, (i) distributions paid per Share over the period adjusted for (ii) the change in NAV per Share over the period.
Annual Total Return. As further described in Section 10, the sum of (i) the amount, if any, by which NAV on the last Business Day of a calendar year exceeds NAV on the first business day of such calendar year, and (ii) all distributions that have been declared and accrued for purposes of calculating NAV during such calendar year, subject to pro-ration with respect to Shares outstanding for less than the full 12-month period based on NAV on the date of issuance (for newly issued Shares) and/or NAV on the date of redemption (for redeemed Shares).

  • Total Return means the annual compounded rate of return for an investment fund for a period that would equate the initial value to the redeemable value at the end of the period, expressed as a percentage, and determined by applying the following formula:

  • annual return means the return required to be made in the case of a company having a share capital, under section 132 and in the case of a company not having a share capital, under section 133;

  • Total Return Swap means any total return swap entered into by a Financing Subsidiary.

  • Rental Return Date means the return date listed on the car rental agreement.

  • TSR means total shareholder return.

  • Notional Total Profit with respect to any number of shares as to which Grantee may propose to exercise this Option shall be the Total Profit determined as of the date of such proposed exercise assuming that this Option were exercised on such date for such number of shares and assuming that such shares, together with all other Option Shares held by Grantee and its affiliates as of such date, were sold for cash at the closing market price for the Common Stock as of the close of business on the preceding trading day (less customary brokerage commissions).

  • Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score is then calculated for each S&P Industry Classification, shown on Schedule 2, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.

  • Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return or “Relative TSR” means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Annualized means (i) with respect to the end of the first Fiscal Quarter of the Borrower ending after the Closing Date, the applicable amount for such Fiscal Quarter multiplied by four, (ii) with respect to the second Fiscal Quarter of the Borrower ending after the Closing Date, the applicable amount for such Fiscal Quarter and the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter multiplied by two, and (iii) with respect to the third Fiscal Quarter of the Borrower ending after the Closing Date, the applicable amount for such Fiscal Quarter and the immediately preceding two Fiscal Quarters multiplied by one and one-third.

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.

  • Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • Annual Earnings means your gross annual income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to the date of loss. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Income year means any year or accounting period beginning 1 July of one calendar year and ending 30 June of the following calendar year or any other period that the Trustees by resolution adopt;

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • ROIC means Return on Invested Capital and represents a ratio of Adjusted net income to Average Invested Capital. The Company believes this is a useful profitability measure as it excludes non-cash expenses (income) from both the numerator and denominator.

  • Annual Fixed Distribution Rate means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the rate (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the Government of Canada Yield on the applicable Fixed Rate Calculation Date plus 3.56%.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).

  • Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.

  • Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
