Annual Subscription Charge definition
Annual Subscription Charge means the annual charge Customer has paid for the Service that Customer has subscribed to in the Subscription Instrument.

The Annual Subscription Charge does not include any travel and expenses (“T&E”) that may be required to deliver Services.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, in no event shall Symantec be required to credit Customer more than 7.5% of the Annual Subscription Charge payable by Customer for the affected Service in any calendar month and Symantec’s maximum cumulative liability to issue Service Credits for an annual period shall not exceed the Annual Subscription Charge.
