Annual ROE definition
Annual ROE means, for any given year, the Net Income for such year divided by the Average Annual Shareholders’ Equity for such year, subject to Committee Adjustments.
Annual ROE means the sum of the Quarterly ROE for each fiscal quarter in the Plan Year.
Annual ROE means, for any given Performance Period, the Net Income for such Performance Period divided by the Average Annual Shareholders’ Equity for such Performance Period.
