Annual Project Budget means, with respect to a Contract Year, the budget of the Agency prepared in accordance with Article hereof with respect to the Generating Facilities and which itemizes estimated Monthly Power Costs for such Contract Year or, in the case of an amended Annual Project Budget, for the remainder of such Contract Year.

Annual Project Budget means, with respect to a Fiscal Year, the budget adopted by the Authority not less than 30 days prior to the beginning of such Fiscal Year which budget shall itemize estimates of Annual Project Costs and all revenues, income, or other funds to be applied to such costs, respectively, for such Fiscal Year.

  • Review and approve Metro’s planning support work plan, described in Section C.1.A, below, and determine the Annual Project Budget and Budget Forecast to implement each Plan.

  • The Advisory Committee shall consider such Annual Project Budget and make recommendations (if any) to the Authority as to such Annual Project Budget not less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the next Fiscal Year.

  • If the SVS Field Operator makes a determination during any Fiscal Year that it cannot perform its obligations under this Agreement without an increase in the expenditures authorized under the Annual Project Budget, the SVS Field Operator shall timely report such finding to the Authority and the BPMC and shall submit a revised budget with explanations and analyses where appropriate for the Authority's and the BPMC's review and approval.

  • The Authority will prepare and submit to the Advisory Committee and each Participant a proposed Annual Project Budget at least 90 days prior to the beginning of each Fiscal Year.

  • The Annual Project Budget, including any amendments proposed by the Borrower, shall be subject to the approval of the City, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • The Authority will establish fair and nondiscriminatory charges relating to the Project designed to recover all of the operating costs allocable to the Project, as set forth in the Annual Project Budget.
