annual production capacity definition
annual production capacity means the annual nominal capacity for a particular facility, calculated based on operations during the 24 hours of the day for an entire year;
annual production capacity means, at the applicable measurement date, Filtertek's then current annual production capacity for the Products defined as operating 3 shift(s) per day, 5 days per week, 50 weeks per year, utilizing equipment existing at the time of such calculation. Filtertek's current Annual Production Capacity for the Products is set forth in Attachment A.
