Annual Proceeds definition
Annual Proceeds means the total of the Carbon Credit Proceeds, and/or the Natural Capital Proceeds for a Relevant Year in respect of the Carbon Benefits and/or Natural Capital Benefits for the Designated Area.

Related to Annual Proceeds
Capital Proceeds means the gross receipts received by the Company from a Capital Transaction.
Mineral proceeds means amounts payable for the extraction, production, or sale of minerals, or upon the abandonment of those payments, all payments that become payable thereafter. “Mineral proceeds” includes amounts payable as follows:
Declined Proceeds has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b)(v).
Net Loss Proceeds means the aggregate cash proceeds received by ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries in respect of any Event of Loss, including, without limitation, insurance proceeds from condemnation awards or damages awarded by any judgment, net of:
Collateral Proceeds means the Liquidation Proceeds of the Relevant Collateral or any Undeliverable Assets forming part of the Relevant Collateral (as the case may be) denominated in the Settlement Currency.
