Annual Mode definition

Annual Mode means an Interest Mode during which the interest rate on the Bonds is determined at twelve month intervals, as provided in Section 203(e) hereof.
Annual Mode means the Interest Rate Mode designated as such for the Series 1998A Bonds.
Annual Mode means the Mode in which the duration of the Adjustment Period is determined in accordance with clause (f) of the definition of Adjustment Period.

  • At the inception of this Agreement, THE COMPANY will pay premiums on an Annual Mode.

  • Grace period: You have a period of 30 days for Annual Mode of Premium payment and 15 days for Monthly Mode of Premium payment from the due date to pay your Premiums, during which life insurance cover will continue.

  • Enhanced SMART option is available only to the policies with the Annual Mode of payment.

  • If THE COMPANY pays premiums on an Annual Mode, the statutory reserve is the one-year term reserve on the portion of each policy reinsured by THE REINSURER.

  • The interest rate for Bonds in a Semiannual Mode, an Annual Mode or a Multiyear Mode shall be determined in the following manner.

  • If THE COMPANY elects to pay reinsurance premiums on an Annual Mode, then for each policy reinsured under this Agreement, premiums are due on the issue date and each subsequent policy anniversary.

  • At any time during the life of this agreement, THE COMPANY may chose to change from Annual Mode to Monthly Mode and vice versa by providing THE REINSURER with written notice at least 30 days prior to change.

Annual Mode means that Mode in which the Bonds have a Rate Period of one year.

Related to Annual Mode

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each period of six-months, commencing on the first day of a Fiscal Year; provided that the first such period shall begin on July 1, 2013 and end on December 31, 2013.

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Annual means per insurance year.

  • Annual Fixed Distribution Rate means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the rate (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the Government of Canada Yield on the applicable Fixed Rate Calculation Date plus 3.56%.

  • Project Year means the 12 month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending 12 months thereafter and each successive 12 month period following thereafter;

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • SONIA Compounded IndexEnd means the SONIA Compounded Index Value on the date falling “p” London Business Days prior to (i) in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Accrual Period, or (ii) if the Notes become due and payable prior to the end of an Interest Accrual Period, the date on which the Notes become so due and payable; and
