Each bonus paid under the Annual Incentive Program shall be paid to Executive no later than March 15th of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the bonus is earned.
Except as provided in Section 4, Your right to a bonus under the Annual Incentive Program is subject to Your continued employment with the Company through the applicable payment date of the bonus.
