Annual Incentive Program means the annual incentive program of the Company, as amended from time to time, or any successor incentive program adopted by the Board or the Compensation Committee, pursuant to which annual Performance Bonuses and Incentive Bonuses may be awarded to Employee. Examples of Annual Incentive Program in a sentence

  • Each bonus paid under the Annual Incentive Program shall be paid to Executive no later than March 15th of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the bonus is earned.
