ANNUAL GENERATION PLAN definition
ANNUAL GENERATION PLAN means the plan proposed in November of each Year by Party A, agreed by Party B, that allows the Power Plant to at least generate the Annual Minimum On-Grid Quantity.
ANNUAL GENERATION PLAN means the annual generation plan compiled in accordance with Article 6.2.
