Annual Expenditures definition

Annual Expenditures means certain expenditures incurred by the Authority which are items of Annual Rentals and Annual Payments enumerated in the Agreement;
Annual Expenditures means the Annual Expenditures due and payable for and computed in accordance with the provisions of the Financing Agreement (State Project)., the provisions of the Financing Agreement (Voluntary Agency Project) and such provisions as shall be contained in any Other Agreement.

Qualified expenditures do not include capital expenditures for nonhistoric additions to an historic resource except an addition that is required by state or federal regulations that relate to historic preservation, safety, or accessibility.
