Annual Development Budget definition

Annual Development Budget is defined in Section 6.4 hereof.
Annual Development Budget means, with respect to a given Calendar Year and a given Licensed Product, the amount apportioned for such Calendar Year and such Licensed Product in the Development Budget, as such budget may be revised from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Annual Development Budget means, with respect to a given Calendar Year, the amount apportioned in the Development Budget for Development of Product in the Field for such Calendar Year, as such budget may be revised from time to time by the JCC.

More Definitions of Annual Development Budget

Annual Development Budget means the total number of hours associated with the four Quarterly Forecasts (as defined in Schedule I.c) in a given Contract Year, which shall constitute that Contract Year’s Annual Development Budget.
Annual Development Budget has the meaning ascribed to such term in SECTION 9.5(f).
Annual Development Budget or "ADB" has the meaning ascribed to such term in SCHEDULE J.
