ANNUAL BOND definition
ANNUAL BOND. CONTINGENT AMOUNT with respect to any Fiscal Year commencing with Fiscal Year 2000 means (a) the aggregate dollar amount of Trust Claims which became Liquidated during such Fiscal Year (whether or not actually paid during such Fiscal Year) and all Trust Expenses other than Insurance Indemnification Expenses paid by the Trust during such Fiscal Year plus (b) the Bond Carryforward, if any, from the Prior Fiscal Year.
