Annoy means to irritate with a nettling or exasperating effect.
Annoy means “to irritate with a nettling or exasperating effect,” with “nettling” meaning “to arouse displeasure, impatience, or anger in: provoke, vex.” Bolles v. People, 541 P.2d 80, 82–83 (Colo. 1975) (quoting Annoy, Webster’s New International Dictionary (3d ed. 1961)).
