Announcement Time definition

Announcement Time means the earlier of (a) the time of the first public announcement by the Partnership, Dominion Resources or any of their respective Affiliates after the signing of this Agreement of any of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents (which public announcement must occur outside of trading hours on the NYSE) and (b) November 2, 2016 at 9:29 A.M. New York City time.
