Animal activity definition

Animal activity means any activity that involves the use of animals or animal parts, including, but not limited to, hunting, fishing, trapping, traveling, camping, the production, preparation, or processing of food or food products, clothing or garment manufacturing, medical research, other research, entertainment, recreation, agriculture, biotechnology, or service activity that involves the use of animals or animal parts.

Examples of Animal activity in a sentence

  • Cars vans and campervans must not be driven in an area between Dusk and ▇▇▇▇ which is prone to Animal activity at night such as Kangaroos, Wombats, Livestock or other wildlife which is dangerous during a collision.

  • Volunteer understands the resulting injuries, death, and property damage that may result from the accepted risks of engaging in Animal activity or just being near an Animal and that the Animal is powerful and have the potential to be extremely dangerous, even without warning, and Volunteer is not relying on Released Parties (as defined below) to list all possible Animal-related risks.
