ANEP definition

ANEP means Administración Nacional de Educación Pública, the Borrower’s National Administration of Public Education;
ANEP means the national administration of public education (Administración Nacional de Educación Pública) established pursuant to Law. No. 15.739 (as hereinafter defined);
ANEP means the Borrower’s national administration of public education (Administración Nacional de Educación Pública), an entity with legal autonomy according to the Borrower’s Constitution and established pursuant to the Borrower’s Law No. 15.739 of March 28, 1985 and operating according to Law No. 18.437 of December 12, 2008. ANEP is the Project Implementing Entity (as defined in the General Conditions).

  • To this end, the Borrower shall cause ANEP to carry out the Project, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Inter- Administrative Agreement.

  • The Bank and the Borrower hereby agree that the obligations set forth in Sections 9.04, 9.05, 9.06, 9.07, 9.08 and 9.09 of the General Conditions (relating to insurance, use of goods and services, plans and schedules, records and reports, maintenance and land acquisition, respectively) in respect of the Project shall be carried out by ANEP pursuant to Section 2.03 (a) of the Project Agreement.

  • Any action required or permitted to be taken, and any document required or permitted to be executed, under this Agreement on behalf of ANEP may be taken or executed by the President of ANEP or such other person or persons as such President shall designate in writing, and ANEP shall furnish to the Bank sufficient evidence of the authority and the authenticated specimen signature of each such person.

  • The Borrower shall cause ANEP to furnish to the Bank each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • The Borrower shall cause ANEP to establish, publicize, maintain and operate an accessible grievance mechanism, to receive and facilitate resolution of concerns and grievances of Project-affected people, and take all measures necessary and appropriate to resolve, or facilitate the resolution of, such concerns and grievances, in a manner acceptable to the Bank, as set out in the ESCP.

  • The Ceding Company and the Reinsurer shall reasonably cooperate in any amendment of this Agreement required in connection therewith.

  • This Agreement and all obligations of the Bank and of ANEP thereunder shall terminate on the date on which the Loan Agreement shall terminate in accordance with its terms, and the Bank shall promptly notify ANEP thereof.

  • The Borrower shall cause ANEP to ensure that the Operational Manual is not amended, suspended, repealed or abrogated without the prior written approval of the Bank.

  • The Borrower shall cause ANEP to hire a credible verification agent, with qualifications and under terms of reference acceptable to the Bank, as these are further detailed in the Operational Manual (the “Verification Agent”), for purposes of assisting the ANEP in the verification of achievement of selected PBCs, as set forth in Section III.B.1(b)(i) of this Schedule 2 and further detailed in the Operational Manual.

  • The Borrower, through ANEP, shall, starting in 2005, participate in an international student assessment for primary education - satisfactory to the Borrower and the Bank - and continue to participate in the Programme for International Student Assessment..

  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or "CPR" means artificial ventilation or external chest compression applied to a person who is unresponsive and not breathing.

  • Screening means the process to determine whether the person seeking assistance needs further comprehensive assessment.

  • Genetic testing means an analysis of genetic markers to exclude or identify a man as the father or a woman as the mother of a child. The term includes an analysis of one or a combination of the following:

  • Anaerobic digestion ’ means a controlled process involving microbial decomposition of organic matter in the absence of oxygen ;
