Android Device definition

Android Device means a device that supports the Android operating system, which Reap determines, at its sole discretion, is eligible for the registration of Card to be used in Google Pay. Any devices that are modified contrary to the software or hardware guidelines of the manufacturer, including by disabling hardware or software controls (commonly referred to as “jailbreaking”), are not eligible for the registration of Card to be used in Google Pay.
Android Device means a mobile device (including phone, tablet, watch or other wearable) which contains near field communication technology and the minimum required Android operating system, which we determine is eligible for the registration of Your Card to be used with Google Pay.
Android Device means any device that is developed or authorized by Google to support Google Pay.

  • You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the HSvu app and, if you sell your Android Device to a third party, you must remove the HSvu app from the Device before doing so.

  • Cards Saved to Android Pay can be stored by you in your Google Payments Account, or pushed to your Google Payments Account by a participating merchant with your consent, on an Android Device.
