ANCPI means the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration of the Borrower, established pursuant to the Borrower’s Governmental Decision No.1210/2004 as amended as of the date of this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • To this end, the Borrower shall carry out Part I of the Project through ANCPI, Part II of the Project through the MADR, and Part III of the Project through ANCPI and MADR, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions.
