Ancillary Spaces definition

Ancillary Spaces means the internal spaces listed in Schedule 1.

Ancillary Spaces. The Pavilion Room on the first floor of the Facility, the art gallery on the first floor of the Facility, and the lab on the second floor of the Facility. Board – Manager’s board of trustees.

Examples of Ancillary Spaces in a sentence

  • The Manager shall license the Entertainment Space and Ancillary Spaces in accordance with such policies, procedures, rates and charges and shall charge users in accordance with the published rates and charges for the use and occupancy of the Premises and related components and equipment.

  • The City may use the Entertainment Space and the Ancillary Spaces for meetings and events hosted or presided over by the City and any City departments, City boards or commissions for an unlimited number of hours each year, on a space-available basis.

  • In any case, City’s use of the Entertainment Space or the Ancillary Spaces shall not compete with or displace dates held or booked by the Manager or Permitted Licensees or interfere with scheduled activities in connection with Manager-presented performances or exhibitions.

  • The first eighty (80) hours of the City’s use of each the Entertainment Space and the Ancillary Spaces in a given Agreement Year shall be reserved by the City no fewer than one hundred eighty (180) days in advance of the date of desired use of the Entertainment Space and no less than sixty (60) days in advance of the date of desired use of the Ancillary Spaces.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, the Manager shall have the right to license the use of the Entertainment Space and Ancillary Spaces for the purpose of presented Events and/or meetings, classes, and exhibitions.
