A duly executed and complete Request for Reimbursement to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Account, in the form of Exhibit 1, signed by the Authorized Officer(s) of the Borrower, and accompanied by an Itemized Statement of Payments for each Supplier or Ancillary Services Provider in a form provided by EXIM Bank.
