Ancillary services/operations definition

Ancillary services/operations means customs brokerage, warehousing, handling, packing, distribution of goods, conclusion of "all risks" Cargo insurance policies on behalf of and at the request of the customer, collection of cargo documents and/or the like.

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.
