The Supplier shall not enter into an Ancillary Services Contract for a term of more than four (4) years.
No document or communication, including any document or communication which is similar in form to an Order and/or which purports to be an Order, which: does not contain all of the information required of an Order in the Model Ancillary Services Contract; or purports to exclude or vary any of the terms and conditions set out the Model Ancillary Services Contract, other than in accordance with this Framework Agreement; shall constitute an Order.
