  • Anchor means a device, structure, or assembly which stabilizes a Pole and holds it in place. An Anchor assembly may consist of a rod and fixed object or plate, typically embedded in the ground, which is attached to a guy strand or guy wire, which, in turn, is attached to the Pole.
