Anchor Customer definition

Anchor Customer means Total Gas & Power North America, Inc., Chevron U.S.A., Inc. and any replacements for Total Gas & Power North America, Inc. or Chevron U.S.A. Inc., having (or having a guarantor with) a credit rating of not less than Baa3 by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and at least BBB- by S&P and engaged in the international Gas, petroleum or LNG business.
Anchor Customer means Total Gas & Power North America, Inc., Chevron U.S.A., Inc. and any replacements for Total Gas & Power North America, Inc. or Chevron U.S.A. Inc., having (or having a guarantor with) a credit rating of not less than Baa3 by Moody’s and at least BBB- by S&P and engaged in the international Gas, petroleum or LNG business.
Anchor Customer means Total LNG USA, Inc., Chevron U.S.A. Inc. and any replacements for Total LNG USA, Inc. or Chevron USA Inc. having (or having a guarantor with) a credit rating of not less than A2 from Moody’s and A from S&P and engaged in the international gas, petroleum or LNG business.

  • The Utility may not retain any Utility Administrative Fee in connection with the Excluded Anchor Customer.

  • If capacity on the Terminals System or the Provider Tank Cars is interrupted, curtailed or reduced, or capacity is insufficient for the needs of all customers desiring to use such capacity, the holders of Interruptible Service will be curtailed first, the holders of Firm Service shall be curtailed second, and the holders of Anchor Customer Firm Service shall be curtailed last.

  • Only one Excluded Anchor Customer may be excluded from the Net Crediting Program per CDG Project.

  • If the CDG Sponsor notifies the Utility that the CDG Project has an Excluded Anchor Customer, the Utility will not apply the CDG Savings Rate to the calculation of credits to the Excluded Anchor Customer.
