Anchor Bidder definition

Anchor Bidder means the entity(s) who has submitted the Primary Offer pursuant to the bid document dated August 30, 2021, and who will have the right to match or better the Resolution Plans received during the Swiss Challenge Method bid process.
Anchor Bidder means the bidder declared as Anchor Bidder as per the process detailed in this INVITATION CUM PROCESS INFORMATION DOCUMENT.
Anchor Bidder means Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 having corporate identification number U74993GJ2018PLC101340 and registered office at “Adani Corporate House”, Shantigram, Near Vaishno Devi Circle, S. G. Highway, Khodiyar, Ahmedabad – 382421, who has submitted the Primary Offer.

Anchor Bidder means SRMB Srijan Pvt Ltd, a company validly existing under Companies Act 2013 and engaged in the principal business of manufacturing of Iron & Steel who has submitted the Anchor Bid, and who will have the right to match or better the offer received pursuant to this Process Document.
