Analyzers as defined by this Agreement shall be all modules and devices that are essentially based on the Gyronimo Platform technology and are required to process Application Cartridges.

  • IDEXX may appoint any of OCD’s medical/surgical dealers as distributors of or agents for the Analyzers and the VETTEST slides but will not be obliged to do so.

  • The minimum purchase commitment for the first Calendar Year of commercial sale shall be two hundred (200) Analyzers.

  • ARK shall input normal reference ranges for animals supplied by Heska in writing into the Analyzers without modification by ARK.

  • After the expiration of this Agreement and the Supply Agreement, Response agrees to continue to grant such license for the Developed IPR Owned by Response free of charge to JBT for the sole purpose of being used on the New Analyzers, already manufactured or installed by JBT at the date of expiration.

  • If this Agreement is renewed past the initial term, you will receive IDEXXCare Plus coverage for all of your IDEXX in-house Analyzers (including the Equipment and any other in-house Analyzers in your practice) that remain connected to Smartservice at no additional cost to you during each renewal term.
