Analyzable Data Set definition

Analyzable Data Set refers to the final cleaned, edited, and locked data set that is generated after the [FUNDER]-sponsored research project has been declared complete. Analyzable Data Sets must be de-identified in accordance with the HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 C.F.R. § 164.514(b)). It includes derived variables and consists of various components (e.g., participant characteristics and primary outcome, pre- specified secondary and tertiary outcomes, adverse event data, and exploratory data.

Related to Analyzable Data Set

  • Data Set means specific CancerMPact or Epi Database data provided by Oracle to Client pursuant to the Agreement and Order. This includes the data, analysis, models and any other information contained in the database or report to be accessed by multiple subscribers, and any other non-custom engagement performed by Oracle.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
