Analytical Plan definition

Analytical Plan means the document attached under Schedule 1 (Services) to any Task Order (as agreed by the Parties) that describes all aspects, requirements and specifications of the Activities to be performed by Tempus in the framework of a GSK Research Program and in accordance with the Study Protocol and/or Study proposal (to the extent applicable).
Analytical Plan means a formal authorized document that describes all aspects of the Services to be performed by RGI at RGI’s Facility in the framework of a Study.

  • Tasks associated with a Sampling and Analytical Plan (SAP) or a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) are not considered part of a Work Plan and shall be compensated.
