Analysis Request Form or ARF definition

Analysis Request Form or ARF means paperwork supplied by 20/30 which is to be completed in full by the client and which must detail and accompany all samples submitted and services required. Client supplied paperwork detailing the same parameters as the ARF will be accepted in substitution for a 20/30 ARF.

Related to Analysis Request Form or ARF

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.

  • Completed application means an application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Request for Borrowing has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(a).
